  • Business or Technical Bachelor degree + 2 years aircraft modification supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
  • With Associates degree, must have a minimum of 6 years aircraft modification experience in a manufacturing environment, 4 of which must be exempt experience
  • With H/S or GED, must have a minimum of 10 years aircraft modification experience in a manufacturing environment, 4 of which must be exempt experience
  • Requires the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, T.O
  • Must be able to become certified to operate self propelled vehicles such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and aircraft tow vehicles
  • Must be eligible access ITAR controlled items and/or articles
  • Must be able to work weekends, overtime and other shifts as required
  • Main Build – Installing the Engine build into acoustic enclosures or onto open base frames
  • Must pass measurement test

Qualifications for mechanical assembly

  • Must have some experience reading prints
  • Must be able to read a tape measure, use hand tools, and follow basic directions
  • MUST have relevant and recent experience on resume
  • Leading improvement workshops by applying all industrial process improvement methods and tools (5Ss, SMED, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing)
